Within the framework of the first meeting of Korean-Hungarian Joint Military-Technical Cooperation Committee, on 25 October 2016 the Korean delegation has met representatives of the Hungarian defence industry in the EL-TECH Center.

The Korean delegation was led by Major General Oh Won Jin, the General Director of Defense Industry Promotion Bureau (DAPA) and accompanied by Colonel Attila Simon, the Deputy Head of MoD and senior officers of the Hungarian Ministry of Defence. From BHE side, Mr. János Solymosi, the Aerospace & Defense Director introduced the company’s main activities and the R+D+I capabilities, focusing on the more than 15 years old BHE-Korean relations in the defence industry. After the presentations, during a company tour the delegation visited some departments of BHE and they also had the chance to directly meet the special defence and security related developments.
