Considering the steady rise in demand for Ka-band devices, BHE is proud to announce a new member of our high frequency LNAs. The BLKW13 with it’s 25.5 to 27 GHz frequency band and flat noise temperature curve greatly below 160k in room temperature it offers a middle ground solution between our two existing products the BZEL12 (17.7-21.2 GHz frequency band, 120K @ room temp.) and BJEL12 (37.5 to 42.5 GHz frequency band, 230K @ room temp.).
